Thanks to the Chef , Christian Boulard, fascinated by wine, the wine menu presents nearly 1,400 references, from Alsace, from France and from the 5 continents. In 2007, it won the « Grand Prix de la Presse du Vin du Sénat » rewarding the nicest and largest wine menu in France, distinction awarded by the “APV”(Association de la Presse du Vin), the Wine Writers Association, which gathers almost 300 journalists.
In 2008, 2009 and 2010 Christian Boulard received a Wine Spectator Award.
As a Logis de France “Bacchus”, and thanks to our contacts in the vineyards, we are at your disposal to assist you : visitors can have the opportunity to visit wine cellars, meet wine growers and taste their wines, and we can give you guidebooks and documents on Alsace Wine Route.
We can also organize meals with particular attention paid to the association of cuisine and wine (animated or not by a professional).
